All Filled Up and Nowhere to Run

Our last day in Angera after a cousin’s marathon lunch. Two short hours later we will be facing yet another cousin’s marathon dinner. Gino is contemplating ditching into one of these archways to hide out until dark.

My last day in Italy for this trip, this was a bittersweet stroll down Angera’s main street in the traffic-free zone. I contemplated handcuffing myself to this door in protest of departure.
